Our Affiliate
Lebanon Area Habitat serves East Linn County, Oregon communities in ZIP Codes: 97355, 97327, 97386, 97345, and 97329 with home repairs and builds. Once we purchase land or someone donates property, we post an open application period for our next partner family home build.
In addition, we own a ReStore featuring every day and seasonal home and garden, building and hardware supplies, and many creative ways to maintain your space for less than retail prices. New products are donated by local retail and box stores and new and gently used items are donated by individuals and businesses in the community.
We build strength, stability, and self-reliance in partnership with those in need of decent and affordable housing with our Home Repair and Preservation and Home Build programs. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. And our repair and preservation services help homeowners continue to live in safe, decent homes for years to come.

Executive Leadership
Executive Director
Kristina Breshears is serving her second three-year term. Previously, she served nine years as the affiliate accountant and is part of the Partner Family Selection committee. She brings 26 years of Human Resources and accounting experience to LAHFH. Tina spends time helping run her family trucking business and servicing accounting clients. She is an active member of her church Ignite Hope where she serves as board treasurer and on the worship team. She enjoys community volunteer work, gardening, DIY projects, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and two granddaughters.

Construction Project Manager
Mike Miller manages our Home Build and Home Repair and Preservation Program projects and is busy assisting us for an upcoming home build later this year using his extensive experience in overseeing repair and construction projects. An OSU graduate in Geology, he enjoys rock hounding, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.

Construction Foreman
Tom Weir joins our Home Build and Home Repair and Preservation Program projects to help us build more homes in our community. A longtime volunteer of our affiliate, Tom has led construction crews with CSC YouthBuild.

Documentation Program Manager
Jennifer Puccio is responsible for the overall documentation and training operations for programs in the organization. This includes developing industry standard documentation and DEI practices, policy and procedure writing, business process workflows, grant writing, web design and social media, content management, and promotional campaigns. A graduate of UC Davis, when Jennifer is not helping local businesses with her grants and content management business, she enjoys exploring Oregon, hiking, kayaking, and home DIY projects.

Executive Assistant
Lisa Avery brings extensive administrative experience from both academic and medical fields. She assists our executive director and staff with Habitat daily business, database development and management, and customer service. Lisa and her husband moved to Oregon to be close to family. She enjoys traveling, a variety of crafting projects, gardening, and spending time with her cattle dog Honey.

Chair/President
Michael Hill is serving his first term as Chair, bringing financial and business experience with boards, for profit, and non profit organizations. He is volunteering on the Partner Family Selection and Finance committees and looks forward to serving new homeowners in the community.

Vice Chair/Vice President
David Ramsdell is a general contractor serving his first term as Vice Chair and is volunteering on the Building and Site Selection and Resource Development committees. A disabled veteran, he and his wife Cassandra have eight children. In his spare time, David volunteers in the community, building on his property, and gardening.

Secretary
Arlene Pavlisick is serving her second three-year term as secretary. She is an executive assistant and project manager with the Oregon Department of Corrections. Arlene serves on the Partner Family Selection committee and enjoys singing with the Lebanon Community Chorus, gardening, and writing. An active member of Christ Community Lutheran Church, she serves on the education and mission committees, teaches children's church, and serves as a church elder.

Peggy Curtis is serving her first term as board member and brings skills in event planning and multiple business areas and is looking forward to serving on the Homeowner Support and Resource Development committees.
Non Proselytizing Policy
Habitat for Humanity and its affiliate organizations will not proselytize nor will Habitat work with entities or individuals who insist on proselytizing as part of their work with Habitat. This means that Habitat will not offer assistance on the expressed or implied condition that people must adhere to or convert to a particular faith or listen and respond to messaging designed to induce conversion to a particular faith.
